Local, Hands-On Property Oversight serving the Tahoe Basin

Tahoe Basin Property Services was created to solve a simple problem:
property owners need a trusted local presence they can rely on.

Managing property in the Tahoe Basin is not passive. Weather, vendors, regulations, guests, tenants, and emergencies require fast decisions and someone physically on the ground who understands the region.

We provide hands-on property oversight, operational coordination, and project management, working in alignment with licensed real estate brokers where required by law. Our role is to protect the condition, value, and performance of your property through consistent attention, clear communication, and reliable execution.

We specialize in:

  • Second homes and seasonal residences

  • Long-term rentals and broker-supervised management

  • Short-term rental support and operations coordination

  • Remodels, renovations, and property improvement projects

What Makes Us Different

  • Local & On-Site — We are physically present in the Tahoe Basin

  • Detail-Driven — Property condition, documentation, and follow-through matter

  • Vendor-Connected — Proven local cleaners, handymen, trades, and service providers

  • Broker-Aligned — Leasing, rent handling, and regulated activities are coordinated through licensed brokers when required

  • Insured - 2M General Liability

Our Philosophy

Property management should feel calm, predictable, and professional — not reactive.

Owners should know:

  • What is happening

  • Why it’s happening

  • What it costs

  • What the next step is

Our job is to be your eyes, ears, and operational partner so you don’t have to manage Tahoe from afar.

ABOUT ME

I started Tahoe Basin Property Services because after growing up in Lake Tahoe i saw a consistent gap in how properties are actually cared for in the Tahoe Basin.

I live locally, and I’m physically on-site with the properties I support. I’ve managed and overseen a mix of second homes, long-term rentals, and short-term rental properties in the Tahoe area, including higher-value homes and owner-occupied investments. Through that work, I’ve learned that successful property management in Tahoe isn’t about software or automation — it’s about presence, judgment, and follow-through.

My background is hands-on. I handle routine inspections, coordinate cleaners and vendors, oversee maintenance and repairs, and manage projects ranging from seasonal readiness to larger improvement and renovation work. I’m detail-oriented by nature and focus heavily on documentation, preventative care, and clear communication so owners always know what’s happening with their property.

I work in alignment with licensed real estate brokers when required by California and Nevada law. Regulated activities such as leasing, rent handling, and formal property management are coordinated through the appropriate licensed professionals. My role is to provide local oversight, operational coordination, and project management — making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Tahoe properties face unique challenges: weather, access, seasonal transitions, vendor reliability, and regulatory complexity. My goal is to reduce friction for owners by acting as a reliable local point of contact — someone who knows the area, understands the realities of mountain properties, and takes responsibility for execution.

I believe property ownership should feel organized and predictable, even from a distance. My job is to help make that possible.
