  • Scheduled property inspections (interior & exterior)

  • Photo documentation after each visit

  • Identification of maintenance or damage issues

  • Storm, snow, and freeze monitoring

  • Vendor coordination (plumbing, HVAC, snow removal, etc.)

  • On-site access for approved vendors

  • Repair estimate coordination & owner approval

  • Emergency response coordination

  • Written owner reporting

Typical Visit Frequency

  • 1–4 visits per month (based on plan)

  • Additional visits available as needed

Common Add-Ons (As Needed)

  • Extra inspections: $75 – $125

  • Storm or emergency checks: $100 – $150

  • Owner arrival preparation: $150 – $300

  • Winterization coordination: $250 – $500 (seasonal)
